COVID-19 UPDATE

A Message from our Visionary: 

Greetings, Young Leaders Conference Family!

We endeavor to demonstrate concern for both the spiritual and natural health of our conference attendees.  While we recognize that God has NOT given us a spirit of fear, He HAS given us a sound mind.

To that end, we have been monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 very closely.  Please know that our team is taking considerable precautionary measures to ensure the conference will be as safe as possible. While we do believe this pandemic will be under control far before our August YLC Event, we are exercising prudence as we plan to move forward.  We are consulting with health care professionals now and will continue to do so throughout the remaining planning process.

We plan to implement the most effective practices to prevent the spread of germs by doing the following:  1) Every attendee will be provided a personal hand sanitizer; 2) The convention center and arena will be regularly cleaned and sanitized throughout our stay; and, 3) All food & beverage vendors will be contracted from one onsite location and will be housed inside the facility throughout the conference.  Therefore, no outside food or beverages will be served.

The health and safety of our attendees and guests are of the utmost importance. We are very hopeful that these efforts will ease all concerns and that our conference will exceed all of our expectations.  Until August, let us pray for all of those impacted by these events and believe for healing in our land.
